What we hear we forget, what we see we remember, but what we do we become!  To this end, we created a line of specialized curriculum textbooks and manuals, including customized modules and materials which are student-focused and result-driven.

JCI materials are created to employ the hands-on, step-by-step, practical, and experiential teaching model, which allow the learner to practice with real and actual scenarios.

Due to the pragmatic nature of our courses, long after the course is over, we expect the student to be able to remember and reproduce the course materials with speed, accuracy, and self-confidence.  Hence, we offer diploma and certificate courses in the following departments:

We retain 10% of what we read, 10% of what we hear, and 80% of what we do.  We created the Business Department programs based on this foundational premise; and we incorporated real world practical experience. 

We bridged the gap between learning and practice by employing effective and synergistic teaching approach.  In a technological age, it is not enough any longer to rely on the classroom theory as the sole source of information, without complementing it with proven, practical demonstrations.  We use the excellent show and tell module and it works!

We expect the learner to create a portfolio of course results as evidence of successful performance and accomplishment; and also to duplicate the same results in any working environment.

In creating the Technology Department, we employed professional and customized models to reduce the lag time in achieving mastery in the chosen course.

In addition, we deployed real world efficiency to expedite speedy goals and objectives. Each learner is expected to display expertise in their respective course curriculum by completing a portfolio of learning content objectives.

Our goal therefore, is to provide the learner with more than sufficient materials and tools to reach excellence in performance and speed as stipulated by the institute; as a testament of passion on our part; and the proof of drive and hard work on the part of the student.
 

Healthcare employers are looking for employees with integrative multiple disciplines; those who can support horizontal and vertical departmental job requirements at any given time.  On this basis, we successfully implemented a line of healthcare curriculum courses with the learner as the specialized focus.

Some hospitals and clinics are looking for an employee who can support  a dentist or an ophthalmologist, and still be able to perform medical coding and billing.  As a result, we carefully coordinated a group of customized modules to meet the challenges of the healthcare industry objectives and necessities.
