COURSE NAME: LAW 111 BUSINESS LAW
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of Business law. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain the role of a paralegal in business law cases, law of ethics and legal environment of business 2) define contracts, sales, negotiable instruments, agency, and business associations, 3) describe the formation of corporation, LLC, LLP, ownership transfers, and dissolutions and the documents required to be drafted and/or filed, and 4) explain the legal concepts and the legal procedures associated with business law, including debtor and creditor relations, regulation of business and business property
