COURSE NAME: LAW 102 EVIDENCE
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials of evidence. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain how evidence is obtained and the types evidence that is admissible in court, 2) describe the process of gathering documentation and preparing presentation of evidence for trials, 3) identify the federal rules of evidence and know where to look when researching, and 4) recognize the various objections to evidence and be able to differentiate between opinions, witnesses, and expert testimony.
