COURSE NAME: CDP 102 TROUBLESHOOTING UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS
Course Description (Detailed Syllabus is released upon registration)
Students will learn the essentials for troubleshooting voice communication applications. Upon completion of this course students will be able to: 1) explain how to troubleshoot setup calling issues, cisco unified communications manager, and off-net calling issues, 2) describe how to troubleshoot RSVP agents, voice quality issues, and conference and transcoder issues, 3) discuss how to troubleshoot unified communications solutions, device and extension mobility, and 4) outline how to troubleshoot SAF and CCD issues, cisco unified mobility and CUCM presence, and MOH and MTP issues.
